Under the Slogan “"New Prospects for Sustainable Economy" SEDD reveals its New Corporate Identity

Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD) announced the launch of its new corporate identity under the slogan " New Prospects for Sustainable Economy." This new identity aligns with its vision for sustainable economic development and reflects its commitment to continuous modernization, a deeply rooted approach to its strategy and a fundamental part of its values of keeping pace with new developments.

The new slogan features a geometric pattern that reflects the precision and organization associated with the economy and good governance, and carries connotations of growth, innovation, sustainability, and stability. Also, the use of sharp angles symbolizes precision in procedures and institutional organization, while the gradual transformation indicates the dynamism of the economy and its responsiveness to future developments.

The new corporate identity also includes integrated elements of colors, fonts, patterns, and icons, in addition to dedicated applications for digital media and official print.

Likely, the launch of the new corporate identity reflects the Department's vision to achieve economic development based on innovation and sustainability, in line with the Sharjah government's directives. Through this update, SEDD affirms its commitment to establishing an integrated economic system that enhances the competitive business environment, while building effective strategic partnerships and distinguished institutional capabilities.

In this context, HE Hamad Ali Abdulla Al Mahmoud, SEDD Chairman Member of the Executive Council, said, “The Department’s new corporate identity is taking shape with the launch of its slogan, which carries with it a new phase of ambitious future aspirations that the Department is keen to continuously consolidate through updated strategies that keep pace with changes and adopt global best practices that enhance its performance indicators, in accordance with the highest level of services it provides in this vital sector.”

Additionally, HE emphasized that the announcement of the new identity stems from the importance of the Department's active role in the economic system in the Emirate of Sharjah, in line with the tasks and responsibilities it undertakes in the government economic sector. It also represents an extension of the Department's work, responding to changes in reality and anticipating future prospects with well-thought-out plans, inspired by the visions and directives of the wise leadership for excellence and leadership, and consolidating its leading position in various fields and sectors.
