SEDD, Bee’ah discuss Enhancing Cooperation to Support Sustainable Development
HE Hamad Ali Abdalla Al Mahmoud, Chairman of Sharjah Economic Development Department “SEDD” and Member of the Executive Council, paid a visit to Bee’ah Group with number of officials from SEDD. This visit aimed at enhancing institutional communication and exchanging experiences with leading entities and institutions in Sharjah, to learn about the latest projects and initiatives implemented by Bee’ah, and to explore opportunities for mutual cooperation that support the sustainable development process in the Emirate.
HE Al Mahmoud and his accompanying delegation were received by Khaled Al Huraimel, Bee’ah Group CEO and Vice Chairman, and a number of officials in the Group, who welcomed the delegation and gave a presentation on the Group’s most prominent achievements, leading projects, and its most important milestones and accomplishments during the past years.
The meeting included discussions on several topics of mutual interest, and an exchange of views on a range of issues that contribute to supporting the development process and enhancing integration and cooperation among various institutions in the emirate, in line with Sharjah's directions and future vision.
Also, SEDD delegation had a tour at Bee’ah building through which an explanation of the most prominent initiatives and projects implemented by “Bee’ah” were delivered, and its role in developing the institutional work system, promoting innovation and establishing best practices in its various fields of work.
Commenting on this visit, HE Hamad Ali Abdalla Al Mahmoud, SEDD Chairman, stressed on the importance of holding such meetings that help in strengthening communication and exchanging knowledge and experiences between different entities, which contributes to supporting efforts aimed at achieving sustainable development and consolidating the position of Sharjah as a leading model in institutional work and comprehensive development.
On the other hand, HE Khaled Al Huraimel, Bee’ah Group CEO and Vice Chairman, expressed his gratitude to receive SEDD delegation, stressing the importance of continued cooperation and coordination between various entities and institutions in order to serve common interests and support the development and prosperity of the emirate. Also, HE added: “At Bee’ah, we believe that strategic partnerships and exchange of experiences and knowledge are essential pillars for building a more sustainable and innovative future. We are delighted with this visit, which reflects the keenness of both sides to enhance institutional cooperation and unify efforts to support Sharjah’s ambitious vision and consolidate its position as a global model in sustainable economic development.”
By the end of the visit, both sides emphasized the importance of continuing communication, exchanging expertise, and strengthening cooperation to achieve the desired development goals and support the progress and success of Sharjah.
