Declaration of Owning License License Statement

A detailed and printed statement indicating the presence or absence of licenses

  1. Registration and Login: Investor must register on SEDD’s website via UAE Pass

  2. Selecting “Declaration of Owning License / License Statement” Service): Investor must submit ID number

  3. Reviewing and Submitting Application: Investor must review the data and ensures its accuracy before submitting the application

  4. Notifications and Approvals: Investor will receive an SMS confirming receipt of the application

  5. Payment and Receiving Statement: The payment voucher is issued, and the statement is sent automatically after the fees have been successfully paid
