This service allows investors to submit a request to add a new manager to license, or to change the current manager.
Legal Affairs review is only required for licenses issued within the Emirate of Sharjah.
For licenses issued outside the emirate and UAE, the following are required:
A copy of the manager's valid passport and ID, and a duly certified No Objection Letter for non-investors (in the case of adding a manager).
An appendix to amending the Memorandum of Association.
•Amending commercial register: AED 500/ AED 1000/ AED 1500/ AED 2000 (depending on legal form).
•Printing: AED 300
1- Registration and Login:
Investor must register on the SEDD’s website via UAE Pass.
2- Selecting “License Manager” Service:
Select the managers and add their data. If the manager has an investor number, it should be listed, along with attaching the required documents and completing the approvals of external parties.
3- Reviewing and Submitting Application:
Investor must review the data and ensures its accuracy before submitting the application.
4- Notifications and Approvals:
Investor will receive an SMS confirming receipt of the application.
5- Payment and Changing Manager:
A payment voucher will be issued, and trade name certificate will be sent automatically after successful payment of the required fees
