SEDD organizes Focus Group Meeting for Investors
Sharjah Economic Development Department “SEDD” organized a focus group meeting for its investors as part of its ongoing commitment to develop the services provided. The meeting focused on looking into investors’ insights and feedback about their experiences and perceptions related to the services provided. Also, it aimed at identifying the challenges and opportunities associated with the investor's journey, and enhancing direct communication channels with partners in the private sector. This is done in order to raise the level of efficiency and quality, and to develop flexible services that meet the aspirations of investors and support the competitiveness of the business environment in Sharjah.
Commenting on this meeting, Dr Ahmed AL Ali, Deputy Director of Strategic Planning and Performance Department at SEDD, said that organizing the focus group meeting comes within SEDD’s approach based on involving the investor as a key partner in developing services, noting that the opinions and suggestions that were collected constitute a basic entry point for improving the investor’s journey and building effective strategic partnerships that help to achieve sustainable economic development.
Al Ali added that SEDD is continuously working to analyze the outputs of these meetings and transform them into practical development initiatives that enhance the ease of conducting business and support investor confidence, in line with Sharjah’s economic vision and future goals.
It should be noted that this meeting is part of series of initiatives implemented by SEDD to enhance the investor experience and achieve integration between government agencies and the private sector, which contributes to creating an attractive investment environment that stimulates growth and innovation.
