After completing the technical evaluation, you must visit Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority to pay the electricity insurance and lease contract certification fees.
Issuance of license.
The license must be renewed upon expiration. Failure to renew within the specified period will result in a fine of AED 200 per month.
• Main Company must be wholly owned by GCC citizens.
• If there are partners from outside the GCC, the company is not considered "GCC" under the concept of national treatment.
• The economic activity must be among the activities permitted for GCC citizens within the framework of reciprocity (some activities are excluded, such as: defense services, security, Hajj and Ummrah, and some private professional activities).
• Investor approval using UAE Pass through external service offices.
• Certified copy of lease contract (if applicable).
• Approval from official authorities depending on the type of business activity, if applicable.
• Certified copy of trade license and registration certificate of the parent company (headquarters)
• Certified copy of the main company Memorandum of Association and its annexes, if applicable, with a legal translation if necessary.
• Certified copy of main company Memorandum of Association.
• Minutes of meeting or the board of directors' decision approving the opening of the branch, along with a legal translation if necessary.
• Power of attorney for company representative.
• Translation and certification of all documents by UAE embassy in the foreign country and the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

• License issuance fee is calculated at 13% of the lease contract value or area for nationalities from other countries, with a minimum of AED 11000.
• Permit fees for placing trade name signboard: AED 200 (fees vary according to the data in the signboard).
