A request to suspend license for a certain period due to not carrying out economic activity. The request is submitted according to the following conditions:
• The facility is not subject to licensing fees or fines for non-renewal if the Department approves the request to stop carrying out economic activity.
• The establishment must have practiced its activity for two consecutive years.
• The absence of a dispute over the facility before a judicial authority or the like.
• Paying prescribed fees to freeze the license.
• That the license has not been previously frozen.
