This service allows renewing a warehouse permit of a license from inside and outside Sharjah.
Registration and Login
Investor must register on SEDD’s website via UAE Pass
Selecting “Warehouse Renewal” Service (Inside and Outside the Emirate)
Investor must attach the required documents and approvals from external entities
Reviewing and Submitting Application
Investor must review the data and ensures its accuracy before submitting the application
Notifications and Approvals
Investor will receive SMS confirming receipt of the application
Payment and Warehouse Renewal
A payment voucher is issued, and the warehouse permit is sent automatically after successful payment of the fees
Customer Journey for Renewing a Warehouse Permit from Within the Emirate
Warehouse permit is automatically renewed along with the license for warehouses located within the Emirate due to the electronic link between license and warehouse
• Certified copy of lease contract and title deed (if applicable).
• Approval from official authorities depending on the type of business activity, if applicable.
Licensing Section Fees
• License issuance fees are calculated at 8% of the lease contract value or area for citizens, with a minimum of AED 800. On the other hand, license issuance fees are calculated at 13% of the lease contract value or area for nationalities from other countries, with a minimum of AED 1300.
• Permit fees for placing trade name signboard: AED 200 (fees vary according to the data in the signboard).
• Issuing commercial register certificate: AED 500/ AED 1000/ AED 1200/ AED 1700/ AED 4000/ AED 5000/ AED 7000 (depending on legal form)
• Printing: AED 300
• E-services: AED 100
• Representative Card: AED 300
Other Related Fees
• Technical Evaluation: AED 150
Third Party Fees
• Fees of other entities related to the licensing process (depending on the activity)
• Referring to Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority to pay electricity insurance and lease contract certification fees.
• Approvals from other parties depending on the activity.
